Zentangle^® Basics

One Day Workshops or Three Week Classes

Zentangle^®  is a new and meditative art form for the non-artist and artist alike. Anyone can learn this unique, easy to learn art form. Fun, easy, mindful and fascinating!  All materials  provided.

No previous drawing experience required!

One Day Workshops:

$49 per workshop and includes all materials

Saturday: January 16, 10 AM - 2:30PM or

Saturday: February 13, 10 AM - 2:30PM or

Saturday: March 12, 10 AM - 2:30PM

Three Week Classes:

$69 per class and includes all materials

Fridays: Jan 8, 15 & 29, 10AM - Noon

Thursdays: Feb. 18, 25 & Mar. 3, 6PM -  8PM
Wednesdays: March 9, 16 & 23, 1PM - 3PM

Zentangle^® Learn More Patterns 

Four Week Class

$89 per class, drawing surfaces included

Thursdays: Jan 14, 21, 28 & Feb 4, 6 PM - 8 PM

Fridays:  Feb 12, 19, 26 & Mar 3, 10 AM - Noon  

Thursdays: Mar 17, 24, 31 & Apr 7, 6 PM - 8 PM

Expand your pattern library with this workshop.  Learn new tangle patterns, pattern variations and shading techniques. 

Students supply their own basic materials: a variety of pen sizes and pen colors, pencils, kneaded rubber and paper shaders. A variety of Zentangle^® tiles will be provided by the instructor. 

Previous Basic instruction from a Certified Zentangle Teacher is required.   

Zentangle^® Tangled Letters Workshop

$49, drawing surfaces and use of color mediums included

Saturday: Feb 20, 10 AM - 2:30PM

Classic, elegant or funky?  You choose the style, learn how easily transfer letter outlines and then draw simple, yet intricate looking Zentangle patterns to create a tangled letter for yourself or a loved one.  Tangled letters make wonderful graduation, wedding, birthday and special occasion gifts.  Instructor will provide tiles, letter templates and drawing surfaces.  Colored pens, pencils and other mediums will be available for use in class.  Students are responsible for bringing a variety of pens (minimum an 01 and 08 size black), pencils and shaders.  

Previous Basic instruction from a Certified Zentangle Teacher is required. 

Zentangle^® Everything Spring Workshop

$29, drawing surfaces included

Saturday: March 5, 10 AM - Noon

Spring is on its way!  Join us for two hours of spring inspired tangling, including color.  We can tangle Spring until it truly arrives!  Students bring basic materials: 01 and 08, etc. black pens, pencils and shaders. Instructor will provide all other materials and the use of color mediums.

Previous Basic instruction from a Certified Zentangle Teacher is required.

Zentangle^® Easter Workshop - Canceled!

$29, drawing surfaces included

Friday: March 18, 10 AM - Noon

Tangle on wooden eggs or paper—your choice. We’ll have a great time with patterns and color as we celebrate this season. Students bring basic materials: 01 and 08, etc. black pens, pencils and shaders. Instructor will provide all other materials and the use of color mediums.

Previous Basic instruction from a Certified Zentangle Teacher is required.

  

Zentangle^® Shading Workshop

$35, drawing surfaces included

Saturday: April 9, 10 AM - 12:30 PM

Learn shading techniques for your tangle patterns. Class instruction and individual attention will be provided. Come learn how to make your zentangles "pop!"   Students bring basic materials: 01 and 08, etc. black pens, pencils and  shaders. Instructor will provide all other materials.
